Two parallel buildings enclose a green space within where all the housing units look into. This green area is visually connected with the street, and is perceived as a quiet oasis, thus complementing the housing program and promoting neighbors interaction.

Opposed to the stone-like appearance of the outer façades, a softer treatment is developed for the façades that look onto the green area. The use of translucent undulated polycarbonate panels produces reflections that multiply the greenery around.

The units are organized in stripes that allow the serving spaces to step back from the main façade. A long terrace runs along the whole length of each unit, thus extending the domestic space beyond the house and working as a filter through which the house connects with the outside.

Dos edificios paralelos acotan un espacio verde en el interior de la parcela al que vuelcan las viviendas. Este espacio, conectado visualmente con la vía pública, se percibe como un oasis de quietud, complementa el programa de las viviendas y favorece las relaciones entre vecinos.

Frente al carácter pétreo de las fachadas exteriores se opone un tratamiento más blando a base de unos paneles translúcidos de policarbonato ondulado en el interior. Este acabado introduce luz y reflejos que multiplican el verdor de la vegetación.

La vivienda se organiza por bandas y agrupa todos los servicios en el interior liberando de servidumbres el espacio próximo a la fachada. Una terraza recorre toda la profundidad de la vivienda y se incorpora a ésta como espacio de expansión para diferentes actividades y como filtro a través del cual la vivienda se relaciona con el exterior.
